By Purchasing any product from 7dana.com you agree to the following:

1. A license gives you the right to run a single instance of the template or other product. (ie, one instance on one domain on one server)

2. You may alter the template or other product code for your own use. You may not, however, distribute the original code or your modified code without the explicit permission of 7dana.com.

3. You cannot use images from free, custom or pre-made template or other product anywhere else without our permission or without purchasing license from owner. We don't sell the images used in the demo with the template package.

4. 7dana.com reserves the right to terminate your license if these clauses are broken. No refund will be made on license fees.

5. The license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any other time by deleting the template or other product together with all copies, modifications and merged portions in any form. It will also terminate upon conditions set forth elsewhere in this Agreement or if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement.
You agree upon such termination to delete the template or other product together with all copies, modifications and merged portions in any form.

6. INSTANT DOWNLOAD
Instant download is not available. Please allow up to 4-24 hours depending on the day, before download links will be sent via email of the profile used to place the order. This is due to payment validations and other fraud prevention measures. Please contact us if it has been past 24 hours, we will double check the order status and get a valid link to you.
Note that this link will expire after 48 hours.

7. UPGRADES
We offer free upgrades to the current version of template or other product for 4 months from date of purchase. If you want to upgrade to the current version after 4 months, the upgrade cost is $40 USD.
This price include 4 months of free upgrades. Upgrade date will be extended from the date of new purchase.

8. OUR REFUND POLICY
Since 7dana.com is offering non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product at our site. You must ensure before purchasing a license that you have tested our products in all areas you wish for it work in. Refunds are not given for incompatibilities that can be tested via the demo, or error or defect related to third-party software or modification.

We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis at our sole discretion. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.

We DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:

  • Major defects: although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our Technical Support Team's approval. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a Customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations or reimbursements. OR, at customerís choice, replacement of the product of the same or around the same value can be offered.
  • Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our Technical Support within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customerís false expectations or wishes are not honored. Demo site is available for evaluation purpose.

Requests for a refund are accepted at Contact page within the period of 1 week after the order is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund. Please make sure your request does not contradict our Terms and Conditions.

We also believe that most of moneybacks can be avoided. Please contact our qualified staff and you will get professional assistance in any technical issue you have faced with while installing/configuring the software.

10. We don't guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs, search engines, scripts, extensions etc.
We do not provide support for third-party applications.

11. INFORMATION DISCLOSURE
You may not disclose any order information including, but not limited to, Order ID, download link, etc.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
NEITHER PARTY SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR DATA USE, AUTHOR'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES WHICH YOU HAVE PAID TO US OR ARE PAYABLE TO US FOR THIS ORDER, AND IF SUCH DAMAGES RESULT FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR TECHNICAL SUPPORT, THE LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE FEES PAID OR PAYABLE FOR THE SOFTWARE OR TECHNICAL SUPPORT.
